COREBAR® Training
The Corebar® training methodology is based on a well-executed, strategically planned, total body system. Employing the scientific principles of high intensity Metabolic Training, the combination of varying cardio intensities plus strength, balance, agility and muscle endurance conditioning exercises using the signature, weighted COREbar™ has evolved successfully into the current Corebar® program design with a particular focus on activating and developing the core.
This all-in-one, complete concept package is particularly effective, intense and challenging and therefore, provides fast, visible and progressive training results in a very fun format: a stronger body from the inside out.
The Corebar HIT™ class format we have developed is specialized and precise, yet easy to follow and teach which sets Corebar® apart. The order of exercise sequencing as well as the exercises themselves are proprietary to Corebar® which contributes to the difference between the results achieved in Corebar® compared to other programs.
